Equipment Required for the Preparation Line

The line combines equipment for initial processing, lithium carbide production, acetylene production and purification, benzene synthesis and purification, vacuum and cryogenic transfer, and vial handling. The detailed specification is the reference for currently listed modules and components.

Laboratory Workflow

Planning can organize the work conceptually into initial sample handling, high-temperature processes, vacuum and cryogenic processes, acetylene and benzene preparation, sample and vial handling, and the interface with LSC measurement. Separation and sequence should support controlled movement of samples and clear records.

This conceptual grouping is not a regulatory room-layout design. Final facilities, utilities, ventilation, chemical handling, radiation practices and emergency provisions must satisfy local law, institutional requirements and a site-specific safety assessment.

Staff Training

Training described on the site follows samples at different stages of preparation and introduces the practical relationship between equipment modules. Subjects include sample pretreatment, wood or carbon workflows, direct pyrolysis, carbide, acetylene and benzene preparation, vial handling and an introduction to LSC measurement and data processing where included in the agreed scope.
